What you will learn:
The course is divided into sub-parts including employees and jobs, recruitment and employee management, pay-types, deductions, benefits and accruals, competencies and performance management and lastly compensation and benefits administration.
The employees and jobs section provides in-depth knowledge to perform tasks such as describing general system setup, setting up pay information, employee compensation, hiring employees and running employee reports.
The recruitment and employee management section helps students to define system settings, managing hiring process, processing employee termination and processing government reports.
The training into pan-types, deductions, benefits and accruals elaborates on functions such as designing the pay type structure, designing the DBA structure, and entering employee DBA instructions.
The competencies and performance management section helps the students to describe competency management, set up organizational structures, set up employee and job competencies and set up performance management.
Other sub-parts include compensation and benefits administration describing functions related to both.
