What you will learn:

This one-day course consists of hands-on instruction of the Address Book system. Students will learn how to implement and maintain address book information for customers, suppliers, employees, and other types of records. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to plan and set up internal address book controls and enter address book information, including contact information and supplemental data. This course covers releases Xe, 8.0, 8.9, 8.10, 8.11 and 8.12. Note that the user interface has changed in the later releases to all web, but the main concepts covered are the same at all releases.
