What you will learn:
This is a five-day advanced course for users tasked with
implementing the JD Edwards EntepriseOne Transportation
Management module. The course provides the knowledge and skills
needed to successfully set up and manages a transportation
operation. Students learn how to set up carrier rates, including
accessorial charges; set up carrier routes, process shipments,
perform load building and perform end-of-day processing. A final
course activity is included to further challenge the student. Upon
completion of the course, students will be able to confidently set up a
transportation program using any or all of the modes of transport
including less-than-truckload, truckload, rail, airfreight, parcel, ocean
barge, bulk product, and inter-modal.
