What you will learn:

This one-day course provides a foundational knowledge of the EnterpriseOne software

structure. Students will learn the fundamentals of menu structure, menu navigation, form

basics, error messages, user defined codes, interactive and batch versions and software

support mechanisms.

• Use the EnterpriseOne interface

• Manage software records

• Explain program versions

• Examine EnterpriseOne e-mail process

• Describe software support mechanisms for EnterpriseOne

 

This course covers releases Xe, 8.0, 8.9, 8.10, 8.11 and 8.12. Note that the user interface

has changed in the later releases to all web, but the main concepts covered are the same at  all releases.
